MEET THE REAL ESTATE ESSENTIALS TEAM Lee Beaver ~ Lee is the foundation of the Real Estate Essentials team. She has been in Real Estate since 1970 and she has been in the Northern Virginia area since 1977. She is the regional manager for Keller Williams Realty in Northern Virginia opening many Keller Williams offices and a multi-million dollar producer. Her extensive knowledge and expertise extends from the basics of the buying and selling process to the development and building of a home. She has spent many years working with builders, developers and architects. This has educated her on many areas of real estate that many Realtors are lacking. Her dedication to service her client's real estate needs extends beyond a settled transaction. She is our encyclopedia of real estate and the rock that we rally around. There are few with more knowledge and experience in real estate than Lee Beaver. Walt Mullen ~ Walt has been a licensed Realtor since 1987 and has been a part of the team for over 13 years. Walt specializes in new homes, land and commercial real estate. He has attended the Realtors Land Institute. He has worked with many builders, selling new homes, and is very knowledgeable of the in the building process. He is a detailed researcher on property and county information and has participated in many land development projects. Doug Songer - Doug is the Real Estate Essentials team manager. Doug began his career selling residential real estate in 1996 and was very successful on his own. His dedication, creativity and leadership abilities quickly launched him into positions of leadership within the Keller Williams organization. Having built a successful team of his own, Lee Beaver recognized the creative and managerial qualities that she needed for her team and hired Doug to manage the day to day operations of Real Estate Essentials. Judi Wilder ~ Buyer's Specialist - Judi began her Real Estate career with Keller Williams Realty in Manassas in 2003. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she worked for the postal service and was in the drafting industry prior. Judi has been an area resident for many years. Her knowledge of the western end of our service area, such as Faquier to Winchester has made her our "Country Connection". Her relentless focus on serving clients is incorporated in everything she does. Brian Piercy - Buyer's Specialist/ Investment Specialists - Brian is a native to Prince William County. He has been around the real estate and building industry for most of his life. Brian comes to our team with a finance degree from Coastal Carolina University. With his attention to details, his background and his education, Brian is a perfect fit for the team's commercial and investment clientele. He is fulfilling the Real Estate Essentials Team's vision of having a commercial and investment expert. Regina Nash- Regina is the team's client care manager and listing coordinator. She is the friendly voice answering our team's phone calls and assisting our clients and agents on a daily basis. Regina was licensed in 2001 and has an extensive sales and customer service background. Julie DeArmey ~ Julie is our Transaction Coordinator and an invaluable member of our team. She is the one who will handle your real estate transaction from contract to closing. Julie is a licensed real estate agent and was a buyers agent before taking on her current role, which allowed her to see many aspects of servicing your real estate needs. Julie makes sure all of the "i's are dotted and t's are crossed" during the whole transaction.
